Starting tomorrow I’ll be working full time at Digital Bridge, an Internet Technology firm based in Melbourne.

The job offer came through on the Monday before Christmas after I’d met with them the previous Friday. I’ll be their full-time, in-house web designer, with my time split between interface design and front-end development. Hopefully, I’ll be able to bring some new and fresh ideas to the company.

Digital Bridge is currently based in Collingwood, but will be moving to Richmond over the next couple of weeks.

Thankfully, they have been very helpful with regards to my current clients, and will be allowing me flexibility with my new work schedule to rearrange the contracts with them.

This will be my first full-time, 9-5, 5 days a week job. I was originally planning on continuing [and building upon] my freelancing business through 2009, but those plans will now be indefinitely shelved.
